Meet Ilana G. Traverse |
| Ilana G. Traverse, Principal of IMA Associates, has more than
twenty-five years' experience as a highly accomplished consultant,
instructional designer, and facilitator. She delivers customized
learning solutions that enhance performance in written
communication, management, and teamwork. Her innovative, targeted
workshops and coaching strategies increase business professionals'
competence and confidence in their communication skills. |

| Prior to founding IMA Associates in 1998, Ilana
held senior training and human resources management positions at
major New England financial services institutions. In these roles,
Ilana partnered with cross-functional clients to plan and implement
staff development initiatives. |

| Ilana’s work has taken her into financial services,
government agencies, health care, education, elder services, human
resources, manufacturing, marketing, pharmaceuticals, retail,
technology, and utilities. |

| Ilana also has designed and delivered programs in
association with EnVision Performance Solutions (Sharon, MA), CRG
Associates (Ashland, MA), Communication Management, Inc. (Eastham,
MA), Bunker Hill Community College (Boston, MA), Bristol Community
College (Fall River, MA), and Holt Learning (New York, NY). |

from the University of New Hampshire and an M.S. in Human Resource
Management from Lesley University. |
